Be insecure is an intimate Self-love journal that provides women of color a safe space.
Women are encouraged to express their issues with self-love and doubt. We like to call it a judgment-free space. The cover “be insecure” is not intended to encourage people to stay insecure. But it is purpose is to demonstrate that you can gain confidence and self-love. All you have to do is take the first step to admit that you have areas that need improvement. The goal is to redefine the term insecure through releasing and reflecting.
For the next 30 days, this journal will include daily writing prompts personal questions, and challenges.
The goal is to transform self-doubt into self-confidence. The increase of confidence and self-love that you will receive with this journal will give you the courage to acknowledge your worth. Those tools will encourage you to take charge and unlock the doors to desired opportunities that you may have doubted in the past.
With this journal you will discover what you love about yourself, and the factors that make you unique. This journal will help you discover your strengths and weaknesses. You will become aware of insecurities and find solutions to overcome them. Day by day you will form the habit of showering yourself with love each day. it's time to make suppression a thing of the past. With this journal, you will learn the benefits of self-expression. This is a judgment-free space for you to heal and transform into the person you always dreamed to become.

But upon looking through the beautifully illustrated pages, reading the words & truly understanding the reason for the book…I fell in love with it! I shared this with everyone I came into contact with thereafter. This Will honestly be a GREAT Christmas gift for my youngest niece this year. Anyone, female or male, would benefit greatly from using this journal for their journey.

I personally struggle with balancing my moods and building my self-esteem on a daily basis. This journal is a great way to keep track of your triggers and when you’re thinking positively/negatively about yourself. It’s not easy to always find the things you love about yourself, but this journal has definitely made it a bit easier.
